Microneedling, dry needling, and pinpoint needling can treat a number of issues, resulting in smoother, firmer skin. Microneedle clusters penetrate the dermis layer of the skin, causing the body to produce its own collagen. This results in improved appearance and texture, making your skin look younger.
During healing, tissue adhesions under scars and wrinkles are released, allowing collagen and elastin to rise to the surface, which optimizes repair and rapid healing. After your needling session, nutrients and LED lights penetrate the open skin. This speeds healing time, induces more collagen growth and plumps the skin. Our sessions include highly-concentrated vitamins that are applied topically to the skin — designed to infuse your skin with nutrients vital to keeping it healthy.
You may find that many offices are now offering this service. However, microneedling has been around for a very long time (primarily in the permanent makeup industry), and Custom Beaute technicians have extensive knowledge and experience with this procedure.
Call us to schedule a consultation to find out if we can help you reach your skin goals. Custom Beaute offers microneedling to Amherst, Buffalo, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Clarence, Grand Island, Niagara Falls and the surrounding Western New York area.

What conditions can be treated or improved with Medical Micro-Needling?
- Mild to moderate acne scarring; any new or old scars
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Loose, lax skin
- Skin texture and pore size
- Stretch marks
How does Medical Micro-Needling work?
The device slides along the skin, penetrating the upper layers of skin to a depth of up to two millimeters to create numerous tiny needle wounds. The procedure prompts the body to create new collagen and elastin fibers. In response, the skin plumps and thickens, reducing the appearance of scars, fine lines and wrinkles.
What does the procedure involve?
The skin is cleaned and numbing cream may be applied to lessen discomfort. For better results, we use collagen-stimulating products such as Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin-C serum during the procedure. A small handheld pen-like device with a sterile, disposable tip containing 12 tiny needles is then used to pierce the skin. Our needling pen’s multi-speed and adjustable needle depth allows needles to pierce the skin’s layers and increase the absorption of products.
What will I look like after the treatment?
Most people experience redness and mild swelling for 24-48 hours, and there may be minimal pinpoint bleeding and/or bruising. Within a week or two, you will notice that your skin is smoother and more radiant-looking, though the full effect won’t be seen until a few months later.

Sherry did such an amazing job with both of my Microneedling sessions. After an amazing facial before the sessions, I was skeptical and 10 days after my second session, my forever chicken pox scar is at least 99% diminished. The new office is so exciting and I can’t wait to be back to constantly improve my beauty regimen!
